Repaired the W245's tonneau cover.

My car Mercedes B-Class(W245) tonneau cover has broken by degradation over time. The tonneau cover has both sides stopper parts that broke.

Tow stopper parts broke.

However, The dealer "Yanase" of my car cannot sell only those parts to me even if they can sell to me assembly tonneau cover.
I want to only those parts.....

I don't think I can keep going on this way. Because It's unhandy and unsafe.
So, I decide repair the tonneau cover. But, how I'll do? How do the parts make from?

Ummm......   I think up way of making the parts. Those make from "Bamboo"! That bamboo is using Kendo's Shinai part.  Bamboo made parts are Japanese taste, don't you think?

Below is repair sequence.

A. I remove broke stoppers from tonneau cover..

B. Cut off tow part from part of Shinai.
This picture is a plate of bamboo the shinai is made from a plate of four bamboo.
I cut two about 70mm part from tip of bamboo plate.

C. Sharpen tow bamboo parts.

D. Drive parts to tonneau cover.

Complete!
